in v4a can u allready someone if you reached  points? if not what is the minimum points to launch attacks?

there is no minimal points to launch attack, only opponent need to be in x5 range or to be goldmines and to have more than 50 points in both cases

The only requirement for attacker is to have 1000 soldiers of any classes.
