I will say one mistake but my english bad,sorry...
medals... beginner is taking it...why ? I am killing a lot of soldiers but loseing a little soldiers and I am not able to take the medal...
this is wrong !!

 example;

first war-(master war)
kill;1500 soldiers
lost; 100 soldiers
total lost;1600" soldiers

second war-(Inexperienced war)
kill;1000 soldiers
lost;700 soldiers
total lost;1700" soldiers

the "medal" second war and to rookie

no...this is mistake...
"medal" first war must become...

yes,I am killing a lot of soldiers but I am lose a little soldiers...but rookie is taking the medal ...

But let me give you an example close to reality:

Who would remember a fight where 100.000 soldiers attacked 10.000 soldiers and win with almost no losses? But if it is a fight between 15.000 soldiers and 10.000 soldiers and only few soldiers managed to survive, that would be a historic battle. Or at least in my opinion. And you can still win a medal if your 300 spartans defeat 10.000 soldiers and nobody else kill more than 5.000

you need to read up on why medals are given in the first place, then you'll understand why you don't get medals for maintaining a good "Kill to Death" ratio.
