this happen both in Realm 6 and Realm 10(Blitz)(just 100 soldiers in realm 6)?

after 72h of finished training army is automatically kicked from schoool     maybe in blitz is different time span

i am attacking player and when there was only one min left then i was going to see if he have move big army from the other province then i get this ""You cannot attack a player that has 3 times less or more points than you do.""
why is that when i am attacking him???

cause he is no longer in x3 range and this are possible reasons:
- you has build or research something, (if you had more points than he)
- he build or research something (if he had more points than you)
- he lost battle and lost a lot points
- he build army and gain a lot points
