Light Cavalry

This fight came from R10 and can be seen in Battle of the day at day 28-8-2009. At the beginning of the battle there is no light cavalry in defender's army. But at the end of the battle, there are 13 light cavalries. I wonder how these 13 light cavalries come from? Please explain. Thx

When there is a group below 50 soldiers it flees before the beginning if the battle and its remnants are after that resurrected after the end of the battle.
