light archers

Uhmmm, i was raeding the info about the troops, and i saw that for light spears it specifically says, not effective against higher class cavalry, but with light archers it says, and i copy and paste...Fights with huge bonus against all Spearmen. ..... does this mean that they are effective..4x.. against phalanx?

it means that archers get a +300% bonus when fighting any class of spearmen (light, heavy or elites). But light archers are still crap : low hit points, only 1 attack vs 2 for elites, slaughtered by swordsmen and cavalry ...

thanks mate . i`m using them actually to push more paladins on the flanks, but i was wondering if they served for anything else, plus to increase my honor

archers and spears. more infantry you have, more paladins fight on the flanks mate..........
