Calculating cost of declaring war

hey! tried to search for an answer to this but with no luck, should'nt this be included in the complete manual about war?

if agresor have enemy alliance in x2 range then 10x agresor's alliance net points. if not, every 0,1 over x2 is 1 gold per alliance net point more expensive.
example:
attacking alliance: 100000 net points
defending alliance: 25000 net points
100000/25000=4
100000*30=3000000 gold

if you have x2 cost is 10x points, in this example difference is x4, then you take 4-2=2, 2*10 add 10 from range x2 this give 30

My Attacking alliance points : 14607142
defending alliance :              17282126
14607142/17282126 =0.8452
now what? i cant reduce those 2 now

always divide bigger with smaller to get result > 1 . if result is 1<x<2 u are in 2x .Gold needed for ur war : 146071420

First u divide networth of ur alliances (bigger/smaller) . If result is between 1.0000 and 2.00000  u use 2.0 part of table (red coloured )

so u take 10 gold from table  and multiply with attacker networth . 10 x 14607142 = 146071420
