its normal .Retreat due moral check starts from round 3 ,he won before that (archers hitting ur 1 spearman) .

i have no problem with losing the batlle i know i could stop it if dint get distracted in room from other person in the critical second to get some archers from the fort out. |

haha and who would make harm? it is good for lessons ..is not in a war is a pillage..evry one from r4 knows age alliance pillage with archers and speermens  ok u remove it i ill post it ufter 7 days again   |

i just found this topic are you sure you were distracted or you just forgot to set on fight instead of retreat  in the right moment i´ve seen that sooooo many times this era

well, read the manual carefully and check the report again and you might figure out how i can win with even -600 morale (at the moment) one thing for sure, it´s not a bug |

Morale is checked and lost during the melee phases of battles. Therefore, if an attacker wins by killing all defenders during the ranged attack phase of the field battle phase, no check is made on morale. That's why pop pillager can come and attack you with whatever morale they want, as long as there isn't any serious defence able to withstand their rain of arrows, they'll win ... on the other hand, once the melee phase starts, they'll run with their tails between their legs !! have fun, |
