Are all banking functions active

Hi,

In the documentation say that banking interest (level 4 or above) is not active yet. This text is the July 2007.

Is this feature active now in Realm 15?

nope... so don't research banking higher than level 3... it has no function whatsoever! banking is only for taking a loan atm... all other functions are not working yet... (and maybe they never will )
