if you can get his army's sending time in seconds  and if you can get the war time in seconds also... you can catch it easily...

that`s because you are ignorant of what lag means. there is server lag (compared to atomic clock, based on battles that it must calculates), connection lag, system lag, browser lag, who can go up and down, so, arriving at the precise moment chosen at launch is impossible.

it is not impossible.. you can still arrive with 1 second to spare, if you know your connection speed and the server lag at any given time. you just have to be quick and precise.

you can`t know the server lag at a precise time, because it is not constant. it depends on the number of battles, so, when you launch the army, it can be +5 secs, and when the army arrives, it may oscillate back to -3 secs. we used a lag meter, trying to see a pattern, and was none *Grin*
you can catch the army in secs, but is luck. i lost an army 160 k+elites, which was supposed to be the finishing kill, according to the maths done by an ally whos was IT specialist, just because server lag changed, and my army arrived 1st, instead of second.

i have fiber20mbit too...
if there is lag he cant move his army in 5 seconds also...

and also... i send 2 cavalry atacak  1 and 2 seconds before my attack

so... it is not impossible... cuz i have locked armies more than 30 times in realm 16

and... most of the time between 3am and 10am there is no lag

is impossible to calculate with precision, but that doesn`t mean that you won`t reach it in those secs, if lag favours you. but then, again, you may have problems, and your attack army may arrive like 1 sec before the enemy. that`s on thing. the other is that when the opponent uses some complicated ways of army saving, you won`t know his launching time, or carto.

again it is possible, you just need patience, luck and fast internet connection

you are badly wrong, because it doesn`t depends on your connection only, but on the operation of server. ask an admin, or programmer where this type of lag comes from. then, if you include luck, you contradict yourself, since that means you can calculate it with precision, which was my point.
