what lvl of carto would have a semi low-pointer with 13k points have? he's not a true low pointer, but he does have only 5 provs in a 4 months realm, and only fort 1 in his outer provs...

i would guess carto 4-5, what do you think?

well right now i have lvl 6 carto in R3 and im around 2900 points.. but i know a couple of players have much higher already lik a 8 or maybe even 9. why dont u just time him?

if that player can do 8hrs army saves, then I wouldn't be surprised if he got carto 1
