colonies in realm 50

for realm 50....I understand about walling your capital with 4 other provinces. I was wondering if I had a capital in.. lets say province #3 along the top of the grid. would I still get the bonus even though I can only wall it in with 3 other provinces? those provinces being 2,8,& 4

next time pls post in "questions" area. and for your question, sorry you have to colonize 4 provinces around to get the walled province. so answer is no
