If i want to kill more than 10000 villagers how many army i should take to attack village?

its depend on population prowince which you want to pillage. if is less than 9000 you need only 10000. you need 11% of population prowince which you want to pillage, and one soldier kill one villager

and the max you can kill is 20% of the pop, no matter how much pop there is
due to the -4 Honor malus that all pop pillage missions generate, players usually attack provinces with enough pop to maximize their army's ability to pop pillage (ie : they aim for 20% kill )
