If anyone could help me about capitulation. I don't know what that means or what's for in the game. What will happen if I click on that button. Please help!!!

if someone has been attacking you constantly and you want him to stop then you can capitulate on him(raise the white flag). then he can not attack you for 168 hours. but bear in mind that you will lose half of your mili points if you do this

capitulation is to give up to a player basicly,it means he (she) cant attack you for a week.it helps if you got a mean guy attacking you
