When I try to colonize a new province I get the error messege: "You do not have enough spearmen. (You need 500 spearmen to colonize)" no matter if i press colonize for spearmen or archers. I do have 500 archers, but still that messege pops up... any help please?

Are your all archers outside the fort and in only one province? And are you sure you pressed archers? *Smiley*

I am positive I pressed archers (hey, I tried both so what the heck...) and I pretty much just finished training them so I'm quite convinced they are all in the same province, although they may still be garrisoned, I'll check

Oh yeah, heh, newbie mistake, of course I had to mobilize my archers before trying anything eh?  *pardon* All works fine now *ok*
