First you could turn retreat mode under comand center - army deployment by clicking on retreat instead of fight. Then your army will fight enemy only if eh attacks fort. In fort you can keep only limited number of troops so you wont be able to keep your army there. At the beggining you can protect fort and resources by keeping archers in fort and to build highest fort you can. And you can keep your army safe by sending it to attack when you are not online. but you must find target which is far enough so your army would return home after you wake up/log in and weak enough so you cant lose battle. goldcoins(players not active atleast 1 week with gold coin near their name) are best target for that.

In the deployment of the fortress, if i turn to retreat mode, the army in the both side, would attack the enemy if the enemy attack my village? How can i upgrade the army morale into more the 100?

Your army wont fight enemy if he attacks you in field battle or pillage. When he attacks you in fort siege, first your army in field will fight hs army. if he wins he will start attacking your fort and if he destroys walls he will fight your army in fort. Read how to play in bottom of imperia page when you play game. many things are explained there. You can increase morale by being, leader, adviser or general in allaince. by getting over 100 honor(2 points per 100 honor) and by researching tactics over lvl 5(1 morale per tactics lvl)

To take resources, enemy must conquer your fortress. he cant take your resources by field battle or pilage. again read how to play in io page.

Because field battle or pillage is used in cases when enemy cant take your fortress and your army at same time. so he tries to kill army using field battle and after that attack your fort in next attack.

It seems to me that Archers in the Fort support defender´s army in the Field Battle. Am I right?

And surviving defrenders from field battle? Do they retreat into fort and participate in siege?

No, they flee from battle and fort defenders(army in fort) defend fort.

So, if the Fortress is too strong to siege, and his army is on auto-retreat, there is no way to destroy his army, right?

just make sure you don't carry siege weapon , and i think carrying no archers would be good to maximize the morale lost in the siege well just try to have enough to win the field, then a nice mix to leave the fort fast, and perhaps you can use light spears to loose less soldiers
