if i want t o make war with another alliance, what should i do?
and where's the army deployment? in the leader of alliance or each province?i mean when u already declared a war where's the army should gather?in alliance leader or can be move in each prov alliance?

to declare you go in alliance tab>>>operations and insert alliance name in which you want to declare against. army deployment can be found in every province command center>>>army deployment
