I just noticed that I didn't get any morale bonus from honor or from tactics in defense.  Any reason for this?

Yeah I assumed it has, but what is the reason behind it?  It does put the defender at an unfair disadvantage and it is never mentioned that morale bonus applies only when attacking.

Example tactics says:
"-Each level after the 5th grants +1 Morale." (not +1 Morale when attacking).

Just because it has always been like that doesn't mean it's not an oversight or bug.
