I'm in alliance war as a leader (realm 56) I have 66843 points
When I attack one of the enemy member who is in 1770 distance (17348 points) my troops don't get -20 moral, but when I attack another player from the same enemy alliance (distance 2266, point 20499) my troops starts with -20 moral.
Question: Where to Read The Manual to learn what is the problem.

you get morale malus for attacking :
- a boxed province
- outside your 2x
in the first case, only boxed provinces give you a malus as an attacker, not the others, un-boxed provinces.
in the second case, it depends on your game version (up to 3x with max -30 morale in Classic Realms and up to 5x with max -50 morale in New Realms).

- outside your 2x Each enemy player is out of my 2x (even the first one which don't give me malus) and neither of them have boxed provinces. The first one have provinces 8,9,7,12 and the second have 8,4, 6,5,10 The fun is delaying....for a while :-( sorry for the abusive language |
