How do i get more rescources??

My place has like full rescources with the numbers in red, but it's not enough to do centralazation... how do i get more???

your problem comes from reaching the max storage capacity of your current fort level.
build a higher fort level to increase it, but be warned : it's only your province ressource production that is frozen when you reach that threshold, not your total storage capacity ... you can still get extra ressources through pillages and the market
