I was looking at mine's alliance battles, and saw a dude with 9k net worth and with 3k population, and he got heavies, and fort 5..:

His points, honor, military points, and name  yes name, it remembs me a name samyoboy, maybe it's sam's brother?..:





The question is, how he grew his army, fort and other things with this economic?
And if he is a dirty player  ?
And he have got just one, only one province, with heavies?
