Hello, If I have a trade commission of 5% and I am appointed treasure for the alliance, will this be decreased to 2.5% ,the half?

i am a treasurer for the alliance , but at lvl 11 i still trade with 5 % , can anyone expline ?

The Teasurer can cut trade commission by half, but the minimum trade commission fees are 10% .... which means the Treasurer will always have to pay min 5%

If that will help somebody who read it:
there are 2 comissions at market
Post offer commission - its fixed to 10%, but if you are treasurer you pay only 5%. and everybody pays that comission for posting offers.
Market commission: 20% - 2%*trade lvl after lvl 1. that comission isnt affected by treasurer status
