so , here is question ,
what realms are under v4 rules = alliance system etc , but no resources limit?
what realms are under v4a rules = alliance system where fortress lvls limit max resourses amount?

All realms from R5 are supposed to have changed to v4a rules, except for R10Blitz (v3Blitz), R9 (v3) and maybe some national Realms ....
All previous v4 Realms are destined to be changed to v4a as soon as possible.
