The manual states that the leader can promote members as General, Researcher, Diplomat and Treasurer. The manual indicates that the leader should use a button on the right panel to promote members. We are not able to see this button and have changed leaders twice to see if this is an issue with someone's browser. Also we are not able to see any of the interface to sign treaty, form federation, do alliance research. Please help this is urgent.

What you describe are Alliance features in v4 and v4a Realms .... R10Blitz is a v3 Realm : Leadership positions can only be Leader or Advisers *Smiley*
