well, funny thing is i just tryed, and it told me that i can't attack someone 5 times less than my level...  *xxx*

in v4a realms you can hit any gold coin, no matter of his points.
in older versions you van hit them only in 10x.
if you cant hit target which is out of 5x, then he isnt gold coin.
