I read low point strat. and there its said that you should save res in depots, how can I save res in depot stations?

saving ressources in depots works only in Classic Realms (v1, v2 or v3) : up to 15k Networth points, depot stations don't unload automatically, players need to do it manually.
that's how you can save/hide ressources from attackers.

in v4 and v4a realms, depot stations unload automatically, so you can't use this trick to hide ressources
