Accoun locked because of violating the game rules

My account have been locked (several hours) because of violation of game rules but i didn't do anything wrong.

Can somebody please explain this to me?

not knowing of a rule doesn't mean you didn't break one ...

In Classic Realms (v1, v2 and v3), the most common rule "forgotten" by players is the 6hrs offline rule, where you need to be offline for 6continuous hours every 24hrs or risk an automatic ban of 10hrs

maybe for that it would be better to simply disconnect the player and don't allow him to get in untill the 6 hours passed, but matbe it is like that just for trapping babysitters

I'm in realm 4

It is possible that is the reason because I forgot disconnect myself when I went to sleep.

That would suck.  2 minutes isn't the longest time in the world but watching that clock tick down while moving resources around has put me to sleep more times than I can count.  Do you really have to log out though?  I thought the offline time started from whenever your last click occurred.

it is time of your last click. You dont need to close browser or log out.
