forming an alliance Q...!!!!

first thing,how can i form an alliance?

second,i think i know how but is it possible that after one week of playing i'm still incapable to creat one?

this is the message i'm getting....

"To join an Alliance you must have at least 150 points or to have been registered for more than 72 hours. "

get it? i'm here for at least a week! that's 168 hours.....
