Suppose, after I set coloized with 500 troops. My main village have -500 villagers, will it return to normal past negative number with villagers increase per hour or stuck with negative?

your case is neither realistic nor would it be an issue : in v4 Realms, you can't colonize unless you have a minimum of 500 villagers.
so you can't colonize with pop of less then 500.

furthermore, the population growth is set at (30 + 1/1000 villagers) x whatever pop bonus. so even at 0 pop, you still get a growth of villagers.

and let's say for argument's sake, that you have a negative pop (btw, impossible in the game), the pop growth is always positive and can only be affected negatively when you reach your terrain max population (from 150k+).
