If you have "capitulated" a leader of an alliance and afterwards declared car on your alliance, can he/she now attack your empire? Thanks.

yes ... capitulation's immunity is suspended when against a player whose Alliance has declared war on yours *wink*

this is a bad loophole in the capitulate system.  rant

it means its no use to capitulate to a person (especially leader) in an alliance if you are part of the alliance.

it's not a loophole.
it is precisely meant to avoid whole alliances capitulate to one another during Alliance Wars ....

you just need to be more careful before capitulating against someone  *ok*
