Which is much safer? Doing pillage attack? Or siege attack?
What i mean is preventing army loss and high-risk of defeat...

And if you do pillage? Do you still get the same amount of gold just as doing siege?

Everything would be very much appreciated... ENx  *kissgirl*

of course pillaging will be safer than sieging a castle coz in pillaging, you'll only have to fight the field army and not risk losing to the castle later. but pillaging will bring back a maximum of 20% of the targets population. but if your army is not large enough, you'll get less then the 20% (if i'm not mistaken). however, if the enemy has a large pile of resources kept in the castle, you won't be getting it. all this are stated in the game manual. you can check it out there.
