Ways to hide resources before going off-line

So I can hide up to 15,000 resources in each trade post in my provinces, right? What else? Can the resources be stolen from a province without a fortress? If there is no fortress, then a fortress siege can not be performed, I guess

Fort siege can occur at level 0 fortress, and the fortress siege will only take one round, piece of cake for atatcker.
Best trick is SPEND the money!
Other than that, risk it by placing it at the strongest fortress, and with army to guard it.

I guess if we do fortress siege not for gold, then we do it for Militray Points.

because of mean people like you I quit playing IO  I just couldnt be a peaceful farmer anymore, people thought of all these lame reasons to attack me
