Then you hold mouse on the ''Build'' button, appears sign ''Researches'' press it. And then ( if u have enough resources ) u can build something yeah? But i don't think it's pretty logical. ''Build'' button should change to ''Research'' buttton, on researches. Cus it is a research, yeah?  *pardon*
