So i play in realm 50, now im a leader of an alliance. It says that the leader get +10 morale but does the +10 moral come only when you have alliance wars or is it anytime???

there's no difference. you will have 10 points morale bonuses even you're alone in your alliance  |

nope, you need to do the Allaince researches for that .... in R50, you have the guilds too |

i can't remember actually..but once when i was in r6 , we do had some rules likes the production bonuses for leader .. i think it was only once the alliance is active  |

as Starbuck said, there's no production bonuses for the leader position in v4, and Makatas is referring to v1 with 10% production bonuses for the leader position and ofc the alliance must be active..
