Can you still attack a player even if his/her fortress is destroyed?

sure you can   *ok*
having his fortress burning simply mean that he/she can't build or research from that province, but he/she can still :
- recruit troops
- defend with all the fort bonuses
- produce with all the fort bonuses

and everytime you hit the fortress, burning or not, you score military points for your ranking or your Alliance if you are at war with that player *wink*

Have fun,

what about the hit points of the fortress after it's destroyed? will it be defending with full hit points or at a fraction of it? if it's a fraction, at what fraction?
