Oks, prob a silly question, but just wanna make sure about something. Our alliance has upgraded spying levels, but when i send out spies, it only says the spy level i researched. it doesn't include the alliance spying research. So for example, if i have Spying Level 6, and our alliance has spying level 1, spies should penetrate as Level 7 Spies? (even though it says 6)

Star - is it so - all the time - or just during an alliance war? I've read somewhere that alliance researches don't count during the peace time...

Alliance researches levels count all the time .... However, during Alliance Wars, your border post level is also increased by 1, that's the only difference about it *wink*
