Hello, where I live the "Pay by Phone" is not supported and nor is Paypal (and I don't have a bank account because I don't need one), so my question is:
How can I buy credits using Pay by Phone since on the ImperiaOnline is written:

Instructions:
1. Select your country from the list. If your country is not on the list choose International. Huh?

prolly in serbia..they used to do it over bosnian pay by phone or whatever but then that line changed ..i think its hotline now  *freak*  *hahaha*
