I've just made an alliance.. but where can i find that alliance?
how do my friends join that alliance?

All Alliances are listed in menu Statistics/Alliances

Task bar menu - alliances/members... In some realms you have to invite your friends and they can join. In others they have to find you and join...

i play in realm 25,and i cant call in friends to join my alliance...they must find my alliance of what?

Your friends must have at least 150 points and not already be part of another Alliance ... if both conditions are respected, you should see a small icon, like a welcoming hand, next to the message icon, in the menu Statistics/Players
