Your alliance in R18 would have to pay around half your treasury (53M) for declaring war outside their 2x... really crazy

latest news : no more V4 realm, only V4a (at least in the R18) : gold is now the most precious resource : even iron for sale at very low cost stays in market and market commissions are debt, of course...
