sorry if already suggested, I made a search but found no topic.
please reduce the price of declaring a war for v4 realms. thanks.
at least, divide it by 2 or even 5, because have a look at every v4 realm, how many wars are running?
I am currently playing in the R18 (v4) and the R2 (v2) too : 0 (zero) war in the R18, while 43 are running in the R2!
because of that, this realm is sleeping down, becomes farmers' paradise, and it's very boring...

I simply do a printscreen and a copy/paste under Paint ... you frame it as you want, then upload the pic into any files hosting website.
In my case, servimg.com. Finally, you copy the link to the format you like (personnally, I use BBcode) ... et voilà !!
