 *Angry* No Resource production in the last 15 minutes. FROZEN at 15 Wood - 39 Iron - 75 Stone - 4 Gold.
Population also stunted at 9615. Problems started at about 3:10 Imperia Time. Any compensation for lost resources and/or population stoppage?
