ok i built lvl1 uni to start researching stuff. after it was done it said i still need lvl1 university. wtf.

Building more farms is just giving your enemy more pillage points in wars. You fix this by..... STOP BUILDING THEM

thanks but i built lvl2 uni and its works now. i hope i dont have to do this everytime i build something with a requirement
