It always the same. Everytime when somebody is attacking me the system is down. Is this a new feature of IO?

Why always the system is down during attacks??  Just 10 minutes before attack I couldn't do anything...system was down. It happens very often from 10  times at least 9.99999 times.    rant

recently i have this problem too.. sometimes it's no problem to connect and read www9.imperiaonline.org, but the most often problem i have is that reading to www6.imperiaonline.org.. it takes too long to open the page..
