pr.8   | population: 205.000 | granary:lvl 15 | +20% prov bonus | 9th lvl medicine | popul. growth 92 p/h   | that's kinda ok
pr.13 |  population: 183.000 | granary:lvl 20 | -20% prov bonus | 9th lvl medicine | popul. growth 32 p/h   | !!! 32!!! omg??
pr.7   | population: 197.000 | granary:lvl 20 |    0% prov bonus | 9th lvl medicine | popul. growth 50 p/h    | 50?? !
pr.4   | population: 136.000 | granary:lvl 19 | -30% prov bonus | 9th lvl medicine | popul. growth 114 p/h  | wow...  and that with -30%

i tried to put that into the formula for growing ppl... but i kinda don't get it... but i don't think that these numbers are totaly right...
can please someone check that.. i'm kinda getting frustrated...

Do you mean that you don't understand ?

That's quite simple : from 100k pop, your pop growth slows down, and does so up to the point of no growth at all or a small decrease ... that's when it will stabilize.
Medecine level increase the threshold at which the pop will max, but doesn't change anything about the process.
Granaries increase your pop growth up to 100k pop, but far less so after it.

As in the rules, each terrain has a "natural" pop capacity, with plains welcoming the largest populations, and mountains the least. Meaning that 1) mountains will reach their max population earlier than plains, and 2) population growth will decrease faster than with plains

Have fun,

(sorry for my bad english)   *Embarrassed* *wink*
the increase of the population is like an inverted "U"; at the beginning your population grows slowly; then it grows faster; and after the limits, it descends again..
the basics limits for population:
-Mountains with forests     140.000
-Mountains        150.000
-Hills with forests   160.000
-Hills      160.000
-Plains with forests  170.000
-Plains   180.000

These limits change increasing the level of medicine and granaries, so you can increase the number of your population..
i hope you understund.. bye
