it's the same in all realm. last time take 20-25 minutes to unlock(aug31) previous one 15 minutes(aug 14) previous one 30 mins(jul 26) previous one more then 4 hours other 3-4 times between 5 min and 8 hours, hope they get an admin able to unlock it soon
