New rules / all players button

Will the advertised new rules for changes to version 4 apply to realm 25?  Particularly worried about soldiers carrying capacity because it's going to knacker gold runs.

And, secondly when, if ever, are we going to get the all players button back in players statistics?  Has been a major pain not having it when trying to identify new gold mines.

Another good question! I might add... Admins are doing everything to spoil this game, but they can't do the simplest things?!?! khmmm... I'm an atheist, but I'm praying...

And I have to change the language to see the new rules? That's NOT according to any good management!!!

Thank you Bilko1.  If I knew how to give karma I would - but there's nowhere on this forum I see how that is done - bloody typical 

I'm a little distressed, (given the short time left and the interest in the topic demonstrated by how many times it's been read), for all of us to make tactical responses to a strategic shift in the game that there has been no response from either moderators or administrators.

What are they scared of?

About units' capacity:

Why?
So you can load 10 million gold on 1000 troops?
The units' loot transport is meant to be since the start of the game.
