Daopay problems

I buy credits over daopay. i called them 3 times, pay with call and i get pin and when i click proceed with website i dont get credits. insteed of page "you get 30 imperia credits" i get empty page . i write 3 message to daopay suport but they didnt even bother to answer. does anybody knows what i can do??? i was normally buying credits before and that worked fine. i tried in IE, mozilla firefox and opera but nothing. i tried to resume payment with order number but i get pin and then click proceed with website and again nothing. my nick is beast, realm 9.

Hiske, I have the same problem for 2 days. I called 2 times and the page remains empty. Nobody answered me: nobody worries about this problem.
It is hallucinating ! 
Our calls will be paid and we have no our credits.

I wrote in the "support" by leaving all the possible indications... Hours of call, phone number, date but nothing!

i just notice that the email is hiding at the bottom left in the homepage, not everyone can spot it i guess
