yes but still bulgarian 60 mins should be equal to indian 60 mins hmmm isnt it?? it actually differed when i ordered cent 4 once..

okie sorry i got the problem..actually problem was with my system it was showing worng timings for a week..sorry for the inconvenience *pardon*
