its stuck on 1/28 or 3%   last 5 days.
Even with reload, refresh, logout of page nothing change.
I am loosing advantage to improve profile and game.
Problem had been reported on 9 feb 2015 morning at 7:48AM on support@imperialsupport.org
Bug present till?. 
Get answer from Ivanina Community Manager that all is ok.

To make progress in this quest, it is necessary to log out and log into your account at least once per 24 hours for each consecutive day. If you stay online in the account for more than 24 hours, the quest progress will restart.
