hello, administration of imperiaonline, please help if you can, my friend have a problems yesterday when he trying to join game his realms disapear we don't know whats heppend. his Nickname was BAPBAP mail: natia80@posta.ge thanks

His account is still there. Maybe someone changed his pass.
He can recover password using password recovery link on main page - he will get link to reset password for his account on his e-mail.
Or he can write to support@imperialsupport.org with his username and realm and we can change his pass.

we try all of this but nothing change, when he join game there are only one realm and we want to know where are others, i don't think that anyone change pass, because still there are one realm

which realm is there? Probably some older version realm - v4a or older.

realm 73 yes this is older version, it follows that anyone change pass?

Someone changed pass - because V5 account is global - you change pass in 1, all are changed. V4 are not global so you change pass in one, only that realm is changed.
I checked account e-mail it fits to one you wrote - so he can change pass using password recovery or writting to use usimg that realm. He must do it in those 2 ways, because e-mail si proof of owning account so i cant change pass onyl because you knwo pass - and you are not owner obviusly.
