I'm playing in R25, which is going to close early next year.

I like to suggest that maybe honor points do not contribute to morale for out of war battles. Or reward of honor points is less for out of war attacks. Some justifications:

- Attacking morale points could heavily shoot up from high honors, while defender always at 100 points. It may provide more balancing during out of war where surprise attacks from stronger players reduce to waste efforts of military build up by smaller players.
- Perhaps it is quite logical there may not be morale increase within attacking armies to attack somebody who you are not war with especially from honour points.
- It may make Tactics research more popular to get extra morale points.

I disagree but think instead you should'nt get free honor and all honor should be earn't by killing enemy. But honor should affect morale as it doe's oppisite in - honor.
